Harvest is the moment a whole season is settled, and it is also the moment with the least room for error. A crop ripens inside a short window, and once it is ready the pressure is on to bring it in before weather, shattering or lodging start eating into the yield. Every pass that drifts off the row, crushes standing crop or doubles back over ground already cut is lost time and lost grain. Automatic row counting plans a full-coverage path and shows it on the display, so the operator does not have to track which rows are done by eye. That keeps every pass full, avoids the empty runs and overlaps that waste fuel and time, and lets a less experienced operator stay productive through a long day. The system also records the worked area as it goes, so growers have the acreage figures they need for settlement without carrying a separate measuring device.
Long harvest days are easier when the cab does more of the watching. The HG100 carries a 360 degree panoramic view from four cameras, giving the operator a live picture of everything around the machine and helping avoid bumps and obstacles in tight headlands. Fitting is quick: a plug-and-play harness gets the system installed in around an hour, and a one-click switch moves between GNSS auto-steering for open work and crop-row guidance for the harvest itself, so one cab handles both jobs across the season.
Efficient harvesting is the payoff at the end of a guided season, not a job that stands on its own.
